The café is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, and on weekends from 8 am to 5 pm. The saunas are available from Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 9 pm.

Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for our saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy, as these services are very popular. We do offer walk-ins, so don't be afraid to pop in and chat with our team.

This is tucked away a short walk from the Forty Foot at Sandycove and frequented by swimmers and spectators from the Forty Foot. It's a quirky place. There's a variety of food available and for all tastes. Alternative milks are offered for Vegan/veggies. The food on offer was good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. A definite must for a revisit.

This is a gem of a place - 2 great saunas, cold baths and a hot tub - all with lovely quiet music and scent sticks. Trevor and his team do a great job prepping the sauna and keeping it at sufficient temperatures at all times. There’s a cool shower (water coming out of a surfboard), changing space, lockers.

Great atmosphere to relax in heat and cold and close enough to run/walk to the forty foot too. Sweat hats with ice allow you to last longer in the sauna and prevent your hair from drying out. Good coffee for afterwards too.
